SSMT Chapter 2

" Demon Summoning Program activated."  a pre-recorded voice on the threee phones said.  When the light faded three demons stood before Shouka, Etsuko, and Dermitry.

" So, this is the human world?" asked one demon, " what a pitiful place."

" Indeed, we should destroy it!" said another, " But first . . ."

" Humans, let's kill them!"  Exclaimed the third demon, " KILL, KILL, KILL!!!!!"

" What the hell are these things!?" Cried Etsuko.

" We don't have time to worry about what they are, so much as what they're going to do!" Shouka yelled, "  Look sharp, here they come!"

The first demon, a winged fairy, started the battle by rushing towards Etsuko. " Take this," the demon said, " Ha!"  She slapped Etsuko, leaving a red mark on her face.

" Ow, Ow, OW!" Etsuko screamed, " That's it, I'm not holding back! PERSONA!"

Nothing happened, and the demon struck again.

" C'mon Etsuko, now isn't the time to fool around!" Dermitry groaned.

The second, otter-like, demon charged towards Dermitry, exclaiming, " Agi!" a small fire ball hit Dermitry.

" Gah, dammit!"  Dermitry said.

" Persona!" Both Shouka and Dermitry exclaimed.  But once again, nothing happened.

" Haha," Shouka laughed it off, " this certainly makes thing more interesting!" he rushed the third, dog-like, club wielding demon.  He hit it in the stomach as hard as he could, cracking it's armor.

" GAAAH!"  the demon screamed out in intense pain, " How is it possible for a punch from a human to hurt SO BAD!?"

" Come on, guys," Shouka said, taking the lead, " we can take them even without our Personas!"  He dealt another swift blow to the demon, before dodging a strike from it's club.  He then punched it again, causing it to reel over, " Oh yeah! How do you like that?!"

" You're strong for a human," the dog-like demon said, " I respect that!"  and with that being said, it disappeared in a flash of red and black light.

" If Shouka can take out one of these things, so can we! Right Etsuko?" asked Dermitry.

" That's right!" Exclaimed Etsuko, who proceeded to catch the small fairy as it tried delivering another blow.  She then began whipping the unfortunate demon around like a flail.

" I give, I give!"  The small demon yelled, and it too disappeared in a bright red and black light.

" Nice one," said Shouka to Etsuko, " Two down, one to go!"

" Oh crap!" said the otter demon.

Shouka, Etsuko, and Dermitry then teamed up to beat the final demon to bloody pulp, before it to disappeared in a flash of red and black light.

" Haha, Yeah!" Shouka exclaimed, obviously overjoyed with their accomplishment, " That was awesome, great job you two!"

But before either Etsuko or Dermitry could respond, all three of their new phones began to ring. . .
